| What are your office hours? | Our office is open from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
weekdays, excluding most major holidays. We have voice mail coverage

| Are your interpreters certified? |
Our staff includes interpreters who are accredited and/or certified
with the United States Federal court systems, State court systems, Federal and State
government agencies, and many other agencies and organizations.

| Do you have interpreters in my
area? |
Our worldwide network of interpreters and translators covers the entire United States, Canada, Latin America, Europe and Asia. |
| How far ahead do I need to book an interpreter? | While last-minute bookings are always welcome, it is generally in your best interest to book as far in advance as possible. This allows us the maximum flexibility to choose the resource best fitted to your needs. In no case will we send an interpreter who does not meet the skill and credential requirements for your situation. |
| What is your cancellation policy? | In general, you must cancel a service appointment 24 hours or more before it is scheduled to start. When we confirm your appointment, we provide the rate and minimum charge for the service. If you need to cancel within 24 hours of the appointment, you can expect to be billed the minimum fee. |
| How will you bill me, and what are the terms? | We invoice you after the service appointment. The invoice is payable upon receipt. We gladly accept credit card payments (Visa and MasterCard). You may call our office to make a credit card payment. |
